At moment I am dialing the hotline(088 027 8888) since 30minutes yet nobody answer the phone ... I am contracted customer since ~5 years while the company was still Volta Limburg. Since the take-over I notice the service is getting worse and not reliable. Simply to say, the service/maintenance gives no preventive onderhouden. In 03.2025 I asked the service because my CV-ketel losing water pressure. Expect came and changed the expansievat. But directly after the new expansievat, the newly filled water /pressure(2.2 bar) lost within 1 day(or even shorter time), I asked the service come again and found out it was not the problem of the expansievat, but the warmtewisselaar leakage! So waste the time and money, then I was forced to change the completer CV-ketel. But just 1 week later now after came back today, I found the CV-ketel is fully out of service(no display even with power plugged in and it drops water!) I am calling the "meldkamer"/hotline since >half an hours.... not response ... Finally I got response and I have to wait for tomorrow. and even though they know my mobile nr. and e-mail, a confirmation of the appointment & timeslot was refused to sent to me, a customer since > 5 years.
