I couldn’t recommend ASG any more! The customer service from Ladrianè was amazing, so helpful and personal throughout. The entire process from enquiring through to booking was made super easy. At first booking a safari can seem really overwhelming with so much choice but the support from Ladrianè made it so enjoyable and stress free.

We had a fantastic experience working with Lauren. Despite significant time zone differences, she was incredibly responsive — making time to speak with me during off hours and replying promptly to every email. She really took the time to listen to our family’s priorities and helped us find the right balance between budget and what we actually wanted out of the trip. I especially appreciated her honest guidance around what our young kids would truly value and remember, which helped ensure we weren’t over‑optimizing or choosing something unnecessary for our situation. Lauren provides outstanding service, thoughtful advice, and was able to secure the same pricing we could have found on our own — without any of the stress. I would highly recommend working with her.

After having a bad experience with 2 travel agents in Australia, trying to organise a safari, I decided to enquire with ASG. I was contacted straight away by Monique who arranged a call so she could understand my needs and the purpose of the trip. Monique has been amazing to work with and I'm so glad I changed! She is friendly, accommodating, and has been so patient with all my questions and delays in responding! I was provided with three different price options for the safari and I loved the way these were presented as they outlined everything. The whole experience was easy and stress free! Allan was so quick to reply and came up with an amazing find on my precise dates to fit in with the rest of my trip. I enquired on Friday afternoon and got a response in no time with follow-up questions. He promised an email of options in the morning and wow did he have a good option. Three nights in Sabi Sands at Elephant Plains, a dream - I hope I get leopards. As an experienced traveller I knew what I was looking for but I get the feeling this company will go the extra mile to hold your hand if you need it. By Monday the deposit had gone through and I was all booked.

Heidi has been exemplary. Last year on the way to the airport my wife fell and broke her hip. Heidi managed to rearrange the vouchers to be valid this year and we are re-booking for September. Can't recommend her highly enough, such a lovely person too.

Christie was wonderful. I did not want a normal safari I wanted a safari off the beaten path. She asked me questions to know my likes and dislikes. She was very patient and understanding and at the end she delivered. Thank you!
