I contacted the customer service because the double decker plate does not fit with the basil cento 2.0., even after adjusting the little blocks underneath to a more narrowed angle. I sent a video of both items installed at my bike via email. The customer service advices me to contact a dealer as he cannot explain why it’s not working now. Very frustrating and not solution driven. A) no recommendation of a dealer in Munich B) no video call to understand the situation offered I will now send back all items (in total more than 200€) and will write a user recommendation on each platform where i have bought this MIK items from about my bad experience with this system. It implies to be easy installed and used, none of it is true. The installation manual is not intuitive plus the usage of the double decker plate is senseless. Waste of time and money!!!
