My experince is very bad with you guys. I submitted my claim on the 01.04.2025 then 03.04.2025 I received an email that my claim application was successful you will process the funds but until today 09.04.2025 no funds in my bank account you can imagine the funeral in on the 12.04.2025. you kept promising that the funds will reflect in my account before the end of the day and it's been 3 days now.
Bad and misleading people into signing up with them.
Not well, I required about my life cover and found out they changed it to an accidental cover and they do not want to offer me something else I've been paying r250 for 10k cover I wasn't informed and i am highly disgusted in their services i have to cancel my policy now !!

I'm happy with Miway the consultants are friendly and give you the help that's needed. However Miways underwriters are strict with clients who has Co mobidities, and because of that they don't get the cover they want

The experience was phenomenal
They don't listen to the client query. At the end of February they debit me before the debit date and there was no enough funds in the account and I have to pay for the bank charges. I did raise this concern and I clearly specify that my pay date is the 23rd that is why I choose the debit date of the 23rd. Even if the 23rd fall on Saturday or Sunday or public holiday I sill get my pay on the 23rd. The consultant that I was speaking to him agrees with me on that that they will never do it again. At the end of March they debit me again on the 20th before my pay date lucky there was funds in the account. This is the reason why I say you raise your voice they can't hear you.
