The lady, Seemole Ramoba, that assisted me was great. She kept me updated the whole time , she did her best to do everything as fast as possible and she definitely has a heart for people.

Good experience though initially my policy inception date was mixed up and they kept missing my premium debits or deduction dates.

It protray honesty and openness with regards to their policies

I do not understand the fact that, I can not get paid up money if decide to cancel my policy. The fact that the policy premiums are increasing every year is taking a toll on my budget. I feel like I'm trapped because I can not cancel because of that reason.

Extremely disgusted with the poor standard of consultation!!!Being disrespected and hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not want cover at this time due to financial reasons and the agent put the phone down in my ear without acknowledging me or greeting me. She liaised with a lady by the name of NOAH. They could not even reference my job description correctly! Disgusting human being!
