2) Secondly, as a new consumer (especially as expat ondernemer, new to the concept of Dutch energy contracts & Netbeheer & Dal tarief etc), it would be nice to know apart from cost, what other factors one should consider in selecting my energy provider. Because if all suppliers are equally good then all I need to do is just opt for the cheapest provider. Surely, it can't be so?
3) There could be more customer education about how this entire process and system is structured. Who are the different players, what is their relation, what is the impact to customer on changing from one to another or selecting A vs B.

As a computer engineer I have couple of other thoughts around how data presentation and service can be improved - around point (2) & (3) above. This is a blind spot for most comparison providers. You have an untapped market of newcomers and as an entrepreneur myself with enough Dutch experience I think I have a good vantage point to explore this new business activity for you.
