Excellent quality, low prices, and very quick response from the team to emails. HOWEVER, the shipping costs to Greece are too high — it doesn’t make sense to pay €30–40 in shipping for any product regardless of weight or price. Also, I would kindly ask you to stop sending parcels to Greece with UPS. They never deliver, their system is unreliable, and their offices -Warehouse are too far from the city. Last time I ordered, DPD was excellent — please use them again for Greece.

Easy to purchase.

Pricing structure to United Kingdom residents is prohibitive and totally unreasonable. Wanted to purchas a finger guard at €14 but as in UK had to purchase parts totally more than €165 excluding VAT, plus charged an extra €12 plus VAT delivery.
