Locating a vacation home in Europe seemed daunting. Unfamiliar with how to approach this, numerous real estate listings, rudimentary French, all seemed destined to make this a frustrating experience. Searching the internet, we came across My French House who connected us to the most amazing company, Living on the Côte d'Azur. Abé and Jo made the experience pleasant. From first contact with them, they brought peace of mind to the process. Abé made arrangements for us to visit properties, and then worked with builder to assure that things that needed to be addressed would be addressed. They arranged a kitchen designer, have assisted with utilities, and connected us with a property manager. Jo is assisting with the design elements, as she has numerous contacts to assist with furniture, lighting, etc. When I first met Abé , he said that they had such a difficult experience when they moved to France that they wanted to start a company that took away all of the stress. I can say that they accomplished this and then some. I don't think we would have been able to navigate the sale and everything that goes with it without them. They have our highest recommendation!!

I first came across ‘Living on the Cote d’Azur’ a couple of years ago, I immediately noticed it was different, different from the rest, different from the hard sell and ‘no information given’ sort of attitude I had received from others, this was refreshing! They were very personable and said it how it was, with their own faces on display I felt I knew them already, it was a welcome change. We were interested in buying in the South of France so, I picked up the phone, straight through to the main man, Abé! The service Abè Kuiyer and his agency provide is excellent, competent and kind. I bought an appartment in Nice. Ab drove me around, gave a kind of sightseeing, gave me lots of information in general. He was available on all media like whatsapp, answered all my questions within an hour max., even on weekends. When I finally signed the contract at notary, he guarded everything, arranged a dolmetcher, and cared to get all discounts for me like free kitchen or notary fees from the developer. Ab also has large knowledge about taxes in France and all other paperwork and helps with that. He also has a large network of craftsmen, so that I can count on him in future as well.
