Zeer slechte organisatie. Ik was in Parijs, vertrek om 2:30 uur vanuit Amsterdam, maar de chauffeur was te laat. Vervolgens bleek bij een van de stops dat er te veel mensen waren; iedereen moest uit de bus voor een nieuwe telling en uiteindelijk bleken er 4 personen achtergebleven te zijn… De bus zelf was oud en eenvoudig. De chauffeur had geen nieuwe toiletrol in het toilet gelegd en later was er zelfs geen water meer uit de kraan. Er werd helemaal niets aan het toilet gedaan. ✅Voor de terugreis was afgesproken om 23:15 uur te vertrekken, maar opnieuw kwam de chauffeur te laat, pas om 23:40 uur! We stonden daar te wachten en hadden het koud. We hebben niet eens een excuses gehoord. Meer dan twee sterren verdient dit niet.

Excellent experience. We booked a tour for the flower parade grandstand and Keukenhof. It was extremely well organised, the coaches were very comfortable, and the staff were all lovely. As a company, the assistance they were able to offer me as an autistic person was also incredibly valuable in allowing me to participate in the whole day fully. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. We booked tickets for the Keukenhof tour at 10:30. We arrived on time for departure, but there were many people in line for the same tour. Basically, they oversell tickets even though they don’t have the necessary capacity to and transport everyone in that time slot. We ended up leaving with the 11:30 bus, which caused a significant delay and affected the rest of our plans for the day.

Een fijne ervaring met dit bedrijf. Geweldige dag gehad in de keukenhof en vervolgens de molencruise. Die volgorde was ook perfect.

Top geregeld ! Vriendelijk personeel , hulpvaardig. O.a de This is Holland experience geboekt in combinatie met de rondvaart in Amsterdam. Daarnaast de Keukenhof in combinatie met de molencruise , heerlijk ontspannen!

Een hele leuke tour, gegeven en georganiseerd door hele lieve, leuke en gepassioneerde mensen. Je krijgt overal lekker de tijd om rond te kijken en over alles is al nagedacht, dus je kan je helemaal laten leiden! Zeer geschikt voor mensen die zin hebben in een leuke dag waarin je nieuwe dingen leert over Nederland!

We hebben een heerlijke dag gehad. Prachtige bloemen gezien in de Keukenhof, een Tulpenboerderij bezocht waar de boer zelf uitlegt hoe je tulpen kweekt, veel geleerd over dijken en polders tijdens de boottocht door het fascinerende Nederlandse waterlandschap. Heel aardig personeel en een comfortabele bus met aardige chauffeur die ons overal naartoe reed. Echt een aanrader!!!

I booked several excursions with them, and my experience was excellent. I joined the tours to Giethoorn, Keukenhof Garden, the Amsterdam canal cruise, and a nearby town full of windmills, and I was very satisfied with all of them. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Luka, an Italian guy who speaks Spanish perfectly and also English, helped me with the booking and gave me all the information with great patience, kindness, and genuine interest. His service was outstanding. The Amsterdam canal cruise was beautiful. The boat had a small outdoor area, perfect for sitting, enjoying the ride, and taking spectacular photos. On my second trip, to Keukenhof Garden, we were lucky to have Gilbert as our driver. He was a wonderful and very professional person. During the journey, he told us many interesting things about Holland, its history, curiosities, the origin of the names of different places, and many details about its culture and people. Thanks to him, the excursion became even more special. Without a doubt, I 100% recommend this company for their organization, the quality of their excursions, and above all, for the kindness and professionalism of the people who work there.
