I really wanted to use the service but had the following issues:
- Payment: I did validate 3 times and had the success screen but never received any approval email and never understood what... I really wanted to use the service but had the following issues:
- Payment: I did validate 3 times and had the success screen but never received any approval email and never understood what was going on
- I replied to the email to reschedule the delivery but didn't get a reply and then the delivers showed-up so I had to tell them to come another time
- They didn't properly attach the rack I paid so it is loose..
- the washing machine doesn't have the hand-wash program that I did expect to be standard one
- on some parts, the washing machine seems cheap

I will see going forward if there are issues

The washing machine and dryer got delivered. There were two problems:

1. There is a dent (physical damage) on the dryer. The delivery crew asked to call Homie support, but it was not... The washing machine and dryer got delivered. There were two problems:

1. There is a dent (physical damage) on the dryer. The delivery crew asked to call Homie support, but it was not reachable via phone.
2. I also ordered the Stacking kit washing/drying, but the delivery crew insisted it was not part of the order. I contacted the support via email, and they confirmed that the kit was indeed paid for, and should have been delivered.

This was not an ideal experience for a first time customer.

The experience was good so far, the only thing I need to mention is that the fridge I got had quite a lot of usage scratches, which is not exactly a huge problem, but at least 2 of those scratches... The experience was good so far, the only thing I need to mention is that the fridge I got had quite a lot of usage scratches, which is not exactly a huge problem, but at least 2 of those scratches are quite considerably big, including one in right in the top of the door
