Installation was fast. The delivery guys were efficient and clever at problem solving.

However, Homie did not provide the delivery guys with very basic and adequate moving equipment, to... Installation was fast. The delivery guys were efficient and clever at problem solving.

However, Homie did not provide the delivery guys with very basic and adequate moving equipment, to carry washing machines up and down stairs. Homie should at least give them carry straps, so they can keep a good back position, rather than hold the machines by hand. This is particularly important for removing the machines.

The washing machines on my building are too expensive. Buying a new machine without knowing how long I’d stay in the country was not an option. Doing the laundry at a wasserette was also way too... Doing the laundry at a wasserette was also way too expensive. Homie had the best relation price-quality-comfort. And probably one of the best services I’ve ever used. They set me up, with a shiny brand new washing machine and never again had to contact them. I’ve been using it for +3 yrs! Outstanding!!!

Experience very good, washing maschine- dryer combination works well. When I contacted them because it wasn't working properly, they responded very quickly and helped to fix it on the same day.

I took over the machine from someone else and Homie was quite helpful in every part of taking over process and they came for help when needed.
