When the homie-workers came to bring the washing-machine we noticed that my faucet does not have the correct adapter. They told me what to get in the Praxis. I bought it and tried to connect the machine myself, but it did not work. Luckily a plumber had to fix an issue in the apartment anyways and took care of the washing machine (he said whatever they told me was not nearly enough to fix the issue). Without him I would have needed to go through a couple of iterations with homie I fear. Now the machine is running perfectly fine.

Perfect. Super quick and efficient

Although employees were super nice and helpful, the service was disappointing. Very little communication and no flexibility towards delivery. Delivering only Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-15:00 should be stated in the website clearly. Delivery time ranges being 4 to 8 hours is also unreasonable. Thankfully the customer service tries to help as much as they can but the service itself its just very limiting.

Got a super silent 8 kg washing machine installed in less than 72hr from my orders :)

I am very glad I was not forced to use a laundromat or buy a very expensive washing machine that would be too expensive to ship. Homie fixed both of those issues and the machine is efficient and silent. And the service was beyond. The installers came and installed the machine within one minute, I was so impressed.

I have both washing machine and now a dryer. I also have bought a drip tray and and a shelf to use between the machines for folding etc. I like that you just need to pay for installation and monthly, and you dont need to install anything or talk to someone, get a quote etc. It is a very straightforward process that you can book even at 3AM. I would suggest adding packages of services, such as all appliances at once, such as washing machine, dryer, vacuum, wardrobe, bed frame, hair fan, teapot, coffee machine, office table & chair with installation included. So the person moving in his new home can get all at once in one day. As an expat it was very hard for me to move from Poland, and also buy all furniture, appliances, assemble them all at once, especially as a woman it was really difficult to carry everything. I was sleeping on a mattress and had no other furniture except for kitchen appliances for at least 2 weeks and then I had just an extra office chair and table for another one+ months. If you run your ads at the airport, expats will already know you exist. You can also contact the hiring companies and offer them to partner for priority or some group discounts for their future employees over general public. Some companies already do that in other sectors, such as Relocify. And I am sure your expat customers will gladly recommend you to new employees at their companies, because you made it 10 times more convenient for them.
