Pro-active in communication. I initially filled in a web form, and not much later they called me up to discuss certain things. Very welcoming, I have called them later and they were always... Printing and delivery was fast (9 days for a palet with 175 books). The test print was also fast, considering I live abroad.

Generally very good. Two negative points:
- the number of books delivered deviated from the ordered amount. It would have been nice if this was explicitly mentioned and apologized for, even... Generally very good. Two negative points:

- some of the books are used in the trainings for potential customers. No explicit consent is asked for this. I think this is rather rude.

At the beginning I was in a hurry with the thesis (in the end such a hurry was not necessary). They assured me that the back cover designed of my thesis could be ready soon. They assured me that the back cover designed of my thesis could be ready soon. I did not like the time response by the designer. She promised me she was gonna have the design on the same week. However, 10 days later I still hadn't received anything. I liked the design, but I found her very unprofessional. Also The employees should read carefully what one says and attached. I was told at least three times (maybe 4) that I had to correct something. That something I had corrected it since the very first time, and the employee just didn't see it and kept complaining about it. In all my emails with him, I kept telling him that the issue was fixed.

Na mijn eerste email om een offerte aan te vragen, werd ik al snel gebeld en hadden we een prettig gesprek. Daarna kreeg ik met meerdere mensen te maken en was het mij niet altijd duidelijk wie mijn... Na mijn eerste email om een offerte aan te vragen, werd ik al snel gebeld en hadden we een prettig gesprek. Daarna kreeg ik met meerdere mensen te maken en was het mij niet altijd duidelijk wie mijn aanspreekpunt was. Er leek daarom af en toe ook iets mis te gaan in de communicatie. Verder ben ik erg tevreden met de vormgevers waar ik aan gekoppeld was. Het uiteindelijke proefschrift is erg mooi geworden.
