My experience with Gildeprint was fine. In the beginning the quality of the copies wasn’t good. Nevertheless, I agreed with one of the staff members to receive 80 more copies of my thesis. My experience with Gildeprint was fine. In the beginning the quality of the copies wasn’t good. Nevertheless, I agreed with one of the staff members to receive 80 more copies of my thesis.
In few days I received around 60 copies which quality was perfect.
I asked either for the refund of the wrong copies or for more copies with a good quality. They called me confirming their availability in both the solutions
