I was communicating with this store for a long time, and they always accused me of just complaining. I’ll let readers decide who is right.
In late April/early May, I ordered a door from Deurmarkt because they promised 3 weeks delivery for the door and 3-4 weeks for the door frame. This timing worked for my renovation schedule. Despite several attempts to contact them via email and their 'Contact us' form, I received no response.
I decided to order anyway due to their good reviews. I added some questions in the order comments but got no feedback. After two weeks of silence, I called them, struggling to find someone who spoke English. Their response about needed dimensions was, "we don't install doors, we just sell them." I finally received an email saying the door would be delivered on June 16, much later than promised.
In early June, they sent me a survey about order satisfaction, where I expressed my dissatisfaction. Their response was that my review was inaccurate and threatened to hold my order until I updated it to reflect "the actual circumstances."
In my opinion, this company is not client-oriented and uses unfair trading practices. I will report this situation to the authorities and cancel the order as a matter of principle.
