I have been trying to contact the company but no response ! We have booked the chalet steueberg XL in kitzbuhel and it was really hot we could not stay in it the temperature was 33 inside showing on thermostat! We tried to ask them to open the AC and they refused and we asked if its not possible we cannot stay they said its ok leave ! And we asked about booking cancellation and refund and they said request and we will agree !!! And then no response at all!! A company should know how to deal with customers we were discussing in a good way even the person contacting us she showed to be good and responding but then they just disappear and not response !

Very nice apartments, very friendly staff, great customer service, highly recommended. We will definitely be back 👍
