I am very disappointed about your service. After calling you, I was sent through three departments, put through from one to the other, and at the end I was told only online is a request possible to... I am very disappointed about your service. After calling you, I was sent through three departments, put through from one to the other, and at the end I was told only online is a request possible to be made. But it was an automated letter generated, which was not flexible enough to match my request precisely. Thus, you were not be able to help me at all at the end, unfortunately, although I am a paying customer from you.
