I've emailed Bunker501.nl on the 19.11 (tuesday) with a question about delivery time to Denmark, I've been told my package will arrive before weekend 99%. I placed an order the same day at 13:00 but forgotten one item (silicone lube) and so i asked if it could be added to the package, I've been told it will be if I make a separate order and just mention that I'd like to 'pick it' in the store. Thats what I've done on the 19.11. After which I've received an email with an inquiry for a proof of age. Something that hasn't been stated ANYWHERE before I placed the order so I wasn't aware the need. Unfortunately I've had read the email in the evening and therefore sent my passport scan after Bunker501 has closed, which meant they couldn't send the order on Tuesday 19.11.
On Wednesday 20.11 I received no information about the order neither about the proof of age. Absolutely nothing.
On Thursday 21.11midday I sent an email asking if everything is okay with the order and if there's any chance I could get it shipped today (Thursday). I've been told that - 'during checkout we ask for a proof of age if you are buying a Airsoft gun!' and that's it. Nothing else, they just ignored my questions. So I've send a completely new email via they contact form asking about the same thing, I've been told that the package will be sent today (Thursday 21.11). And it was. The package arrived at my door on Monday the 25th. Easy to say I'm not at all satisfied with the purchase, I needed it before the weekend. I asked about it and ordered on Tuesday, received package on Monday. Nearly a week long delivery. Are we living in the 1900? And no, the shipping company is not at fault, the problem is with the information and form lacking Bunker page that doesn't specify the need for 'proof of age' and that it takes them 3 days to pack and send the package.

This is very clearly stated in the checkout page on the bottom of the checkout page that if you are buying An Airsoft Gun you need to provide a copy of your ID (proof of age) and that you can do so with We -Transfer . If you are not providing this copy of ID it can slow down the Processing of your Order. Also you asked us to add a product to your order after you already did the order and this also slows up the processing of the order because we have to do this manually. All in all you placed an order on the 19th of november and did not provide the proof of age immediately and you wanted to add a product after you already did the order. We although managed to sent your Order on the 21 st of november that is still within in 2 business days we state on te website. Normally when the order should have been done as it should you would have received the package as stated in the answer we sent you by mail where you asked us if you would get it before the weekend! So all in all i do not think we did a bad job in sending the Order without proof of age (provided later than Checkout) and with an Addition after the order was already done. So your remark that of the 1900 is a little exaggerated. When you would have done the order on Tuesday and you would have provided your proof of age immediately and no addition after the order , than yes your order should have arrived before the weekend.
