In 2024 and 2025 I purchased around 25 cheap medals to give to kids participating in our street party games - egg & spoon, sack, etc. I went for the cheapest medals but included detailing on both sides as well as ribbons. The year of presentation is essential (we have been doing this for over 12 years) and a reminder of the road name is also important (its a street party!!!). But any indication of "winner" or "first" is not needed as, essentially, all kids who turn up will eventually get a medal. My experience of the medals we have purchased has been great. The ribbon always helps, and any gold bling works wonders with ages is around 5- 12 years old. And I know they keep them in their respective trophy areas at home. I do have a 3D printer and wondered if I should use that to make medals. But honestly the sets I have got from Budgettrophy are exactly what kids expect. And need. I am happy to discuss further.
