A representative told me the delivery would arrive in a few days as planned. The next day (Friday), I received a confirmation email for a Monday delivery, noting that no changes could be made to the order after that point. This sounded promising. Unfortunately, I spent all of Monday waiting at home, and the delivery never arrived.When I called the next day, I was told there was a stock availability issue and delivery would be postponed by 6 weeks. I asked for a concrete delivery date, and they promised to double-check. The following day, they informed me it would actually take over 8 weeks, adding that no one could give me a definitive deadline. Consequently, we cancelled the order and received a refund. I highly suggest improving communication; it was frequently difficult to reach anyone, and several emails seemed to be completely missed.
