Stay clear of this site!!! 75% faulty products, the owner is rude and arrogant and refuses to refund bad products. Stay clear of this site!!! 75% faulty products, the owner is rude and arrogant and refuses to refund bad products. I ordered 2 grow kits, that both were bad, then I got 2 new ones where one was bad, and after that I was simply told not to shop with them anymore! I have had many grow kits, and never have I experienced a faulty one, not alone 3!!!, before I shopped at 24High.

If you are within Europe, use Mondo or Alchimia instead, as their service and products are far superior. I have the full email thread with the owner (Mark), trying to wiggle out of his commitment and his first flush guarantee, for verification if needed.

So all I can do now is try to help you not get into the same predicament I have landed in, due to illegal and unethical business practices. Because one thing is that he is acting in an unethical way, but it is also illegal to not reimburse for faulty products under the EU Consumer Rights Act.

So do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else! You are welcome.
