We had a wonderful experience- Simone gave us a private tour and was very knowledgeable - when we sat with him in our private room he showed us lots of different stones and it was a lot of fun to learn about to try on a few things- we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase and Simone was very patient and kind and we enjoyed getting to know him while we decided to purchase a beautiful necklace-the experience felt very special and personal. The only thing I would change is going to visit earlier in the day. Our tickets were for 4:30 but the store closes at 5:00. We didn’t leave until 6:00 and Simone didn’t rush us at all, but the shop closed and I would have enjoyed browsing a little bit more.
