We took the diamond tour while visiting Amsterdam, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire trip thanks to one staff member: Simone. My 9-year-old son has always been fascinated by gems and stones, and toward the end of our visit we were browsing a few pieces in the shop when Simone noticed us and asked if we needed help. We said we were just looking, but my son had a question about the diamond polishing process. Instead of giving a quick answer, Simone took the time to really engage with his curiosity, walking him through the process and teaching him far more than we expected. He was completely in awe. That kind of genuine, patient attention to a curious kid made a lasting impression. My son told us it was the best day of the whole trip. Needless to say, we couldn't leave without bringing home a piece of jewelry to remember the experience by. Thank you, Simone, for your generosity, knowledge, and the care you showed my son. He's a wonderful ambassador for both this boutique and his craft. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit.
