it was fine, although I did not receive my material on my house on time. I asked two weeks before the course the material in my new address but it came when the course has already finished

Very practical, giving insights into my behaviour/skills and ways how to improve it.

The two training days were great, very relaxed and still very insightful. Mgmt of expectations during the days was also quite good. Lunch was good as well. The only disappointing thing was the online environment, which was not functioning 100% properly. As a result, some things that I had filled, such as learning goals, disappeared the day after... Also I was not able to get them signed off online.

The course was better than expected. Very practical and useful.

My overall experience was very positive, I did like the training center. I also think the e-learning part was very informative. However, I must say the on-line part of this course is quite long and demands a lot of time.

The experience was very insightful. Also got to interact with people from different industries. I liked how Reinwout made the training seem more like a brainstorming session than a session with tutor and his pupils.

Given what I learned on the course, I feel it could have been covered in 1 day. Sometimes I felt lost during the explanation. In my opinion, the teaching techniques of the instructor were not appropriate to the group we had. I feel these were too abstract and not really something that we can put into practice. Many of the questions on how to tackle a difficult situation were left unanswered in a clear way.

Great teacher. Content was flexible depending on the needs and interests of the participants. This made the course very relevant.

The course provided valuable content through the learning platform and book, while the face-to-face sessions helped maintain focus and engagement with the assignments. However, the training leaned too heavily on a coaching approach, lacking the structured teaching and instruction I expected.

Very valuable training which also gives inspiration on further lessons on communication. The trainer requested the attendees to write on the whiteboard which aspects of communication they wanted to improve and made a custom training based on that. It was evident that the trainer had a lot of experience by the way she answered questions and guided the course.

Very nice, and well organized. training really pending on the teacher of that day, and how he/she plans the day. For the group and our tasks / objectives she create a matching program to meet all aspects, this was good.

The two course days were very useful and contained many take-homes that I keep growing with. The digital environment for the homework and materials was, however, suboptimal and a barrier for everyone in the class to fully enjoy the training's potential.
