I had a very good experience in the course. All the trainees are in senior or mid-manager positions, so the approach of the trainer was quite fitting for professionals that are not yet on the Director level. We used a specific communication framework in our exercises, but the approach was quite pragmatic and useful overall.

1- Good atmosphere created by the instructor, which helped to have constructive feedback environment from all attendees during practical cases. Also good to mention that course content was prepared well and balanced so that everyone stayed actively participating. 2- Role play cases helped understanding a case from real-life perspective. I really enjoyed the course and the way it was structured. I learned a lot and was able to apply the new knowledge during the exercises, which were both challenging and engaging. I believe the success of such courses depends greatly on the qualities of the trainer, and we were fortunate to have Jacqueline Nolan leading this one.

Trainer was very supportive. The training itself has been invaluable. A real eye opener. It's given me the awareness of the things I need to work on, and tools to do it with. Een goede, inspirerende training, in een leuke groep (precies goede grootte ook!) met mensen met verschillende achtergronden. Er werd veel aandacht gegeven aan de praktijk, wat de training heel handzaam maakt.

The trainer was very good and emphatic, sharing valuable insights and allowing time for practicing.

I like the way the teacher gave the session, he could transmit the information in a way it stuck after the course was finished. We practised the theory in every session, the group was small and interacted perfectly. To follow the course in that way it was easy, enjoyfull and in my case I learnt a lot and use it daily in my work.
