I could reassess that I was not ok before joining the class, and after the class I was given broader perspective. So I know the room for improvement on my side which I need to work on.

I really enjoyed the assertiveness training, and I found it highly valuable. All parts of the training were practical and directly applicable to my daily work, which made the sessions especially meaningful. The trainer was very supportive and maintained an individual approach to each participant. I appreciated that we had the opportunity to discuss real-life situations, making the content even more relevant and easier to apply. The practical exercises with other participants were particularly helpful. Being able to exchange feedback, and observe different approaches significantly strengthened my understanding and confidence.

I really enjoyed the fact that not everything was only lecture-based because people tend to lose focus when that's the case only. Adding different fun activities which were related to the lecture topics was something that I liked so I'd say this training was a nice combination of actual important learning topics and fun activities to support these learnings.

I had fun while learning new skills
