- My general experience was very positive and the approach on combining theory with practical exercises, is/was the best way to learn. - Training covers many useful tips and different ways to create awareness on our non-assertive behaviours. Helping me to better understand how to communicate more confidently.
Training helped me to practice on my strengths and weaknesses
I feel satisfied with my choice; both the learning platform and the workshop offer various learning methods to learn from and gain useful insights. I think the training promises what it delivers in terms of learning objectives.
I had a very positive and fulfilling experience. Doing the presentations and hearing our other participants was heartening.
I really liked the trainer, Jan. He was approachable, funny and very knowledgeable. I also liked that there were colleagues from other companies, not just Philips.
I really appreciated the clear structure of the training along with the practical pair exercises and trainer demonstrations. The group dynamic was excellent, leading to rich discussions and valuable insights from the other participants.
I like the friendly communication with the trainer. In the beginning of the training, the trainer checked what challenges everyone has with the communication also which ones are common. I found it helpful.
The course was well structured. I liked our trainer and the cooperative environment she created. Nice materials and ad hoc assignments to learn
The course layout was good for me, with a lot of practical example or exercises.
I enjoyed the course, it was a lot of fun. There was downtime between exercises and I found the content quite light.

All in all 3 days training were very smoothly. The practice made us to see our blindside and we helped each other to look into the blindside.
Great experience to reflect and learn. The 2 days invested on the training were worthy it.
The training was good to have andf touched on some important skills. Teacher also put in a lot of effort, which I appreciate.
