The course layout was good for me, with a lot of practical example or exercises.
I enjoyed the course, it was a lot of fun. There was downtime between exercises and I found the content quite light.

All in all 3 days training were very smoothly. The practice made us to see our blindside and we helped each other to look into the blindside.
Great experience to reflect and learn. The 2 days invested on the training were worthy it.
The training was good to have andf touched on some important skills. Teacher also put in a lot of effort, which I appreciate.
I have a positive attitude after the training. Good knowledge was provided.
The training is very practical lot's of examples and nice interaction with the other participants, time flies and triggers to learn more.

The course increased my awareness of approaches to influence and thereby enriched my styles to interact with people. It moreover inspired with lots or practical examples that allowed to try theory in practice immediately. Very good vibes and open, inspiring teacher!

I had a very good experience in the course. All the trainees are in senior or mid-manager positions, so the approach of the trainer was quite fitting for professionals that are not yet on the Director level. We used a specific communication framework in our exercises, but the approach was quite pragmatic and useful overall.
It contributed to my self awareness and give me insights on my behaviour and things I want to improve on
