1- Good atmosphere created by the instructor, which helped to have constructive feedback environment from all attendees during practical cases. Also good to mention that course content was prepared well and balanced so that everyone stayed actively participating. 2- Role play cases helped understanding a case from real-life perspective. I really liked it 3- Time management was very well done for both days

I found the interaction in the group very positive, also the many exercises does really engage you and force you to come out of your comfort zone

I learnt new techniques from the course. I felt that it would add to the way that I deal with people, or at the very least, make me look at the same scenarios slightly differently.

I really enjoyed the course and the way it was structured. I learned a lot and was able to apply the new knowledge during the exercises, which were both challenging and engaging. I believe the success of such courses depends greatly on the qualities of the trainer, and we were fortunate to have Jacqueline Nolan leading this one.

Trainer had fantastic social skills: very approachable for questions. Trainer was also very positive and clearly stood behind what she was teaching, which had a motivating effect. Trainer was very supportive. The training itself has been invaluable. A real eye opener. It's given me the awareness of the things I need to work on, and tools to do it with. Time and money well spent.

Een goede, inspirerende training, in een leuke groep (precies goede grootte ook!) met mensen met verschillende achtergronden. Er werd veel aandacht gegeven aan de praktijk, wat de training heel handzaam maakt.

The trainer was very good and emphatic, sharing valuable insights and allowing time for practicing.

I like the way the teacher gave the session, he could transmit the information in a way it stuck after the course was finished. We practised the theory in every session, the group was small and interacted perfectly. To follow the course in that way it was easy, enjoyfull and in my case I learnt a lot and use it daily in my work.

I have been enjoying the training: nice atmosphere and I felt that I could express myself with my peers. The teacher proposed interesting experiences to improve at influencing.

My overall impression is that the training did not benefit me significantly. Some methodologies, such as LSD, assisted me in becoming a more active listener and communicator. However, for me, the emphasis was too much on highlighting when communication is not working well, or why communication is not working well, rather than taking action to improve it. I had expected a more structured programme in a one-day training course, better training in communication style, and a number of practical personal tips on how to improve this. I feel that we spent the entire morning on personal introductions, after which we mainly focused on understanding what makes communication difficult in the afternoon, with only a few explanations about what could be done better.

Overall, very positive experience during the course. We covered all topics that I expected and even some more that I found interesting (e.g. storytelling, negotiation).
