The trainer is very connecting so the trainees can open up and participate. It starts from people's experience / common sense, then leads to the methodology. This is very heuristic and I like it.

The training focused on different areas of management, coaching and feedback - but the trainer made it specific to the development of each participant. Role-plays were not hypothetical but based on participants experiences and development, which I really liked. Training was also very interactive and everyone was encouraged to share and learn from each other, it was not just that slides were read.

I experienced the course in a very positive way. Good group size and nice balance between the discussions of the different topics. This course discuss the personal effectiveness from the very foundational level and, in my opinion, this is exactly why it was so helpful to me.

In itself I did not learn that much new theory, but there were "oh yes" moments. Things that I had forgotten to apply regularly, and to which I have now been made aware again. It was nice to discuss with others the issues that were on top of mind. And I enjoyed being able to advise a little bit :-)

The course gave the tools and knowledge to manage your time effectively, the rest is up to yourself. The content was very interesting and really made you think. The teacher was very knowledgeable and had good anecdotes.

Well organized, everyone was at ease and comfortable to speak up. Experienced trainer which made the setting informal, but sometimes a little bit too much maybe, by doubting their own approach/exercises. Online preparation phase could have been a bit more clearly communicated beforehand, but the books you receive are very interesting and useful.
