De training gegeven door Jan was goed en ook leuk. De oefeningen waren leerzaam en ook leuk om te doen.

It was very less for the value we paid.

The course was a great match to my training needs as a starting manager. The group of students was diverse, but all in the same career phase and it was great learning from their experiences. The location in Westcord fashion hotel was also very confortable. Everything (foods, facilities) was very well taken care of.

It has been a pleasant experience, enhancing my communication through practical applications of theory.

My general experience of the training is really good. Jan was a good lecturer that made time for the different assignments. The course could have had more information, but I think the ratio of learning and practicing overall was good.

Very good, would definitely recommend it to colleagues.

It was full of energy given by the trainer. Dividing in rooms and hearing others stories was helpful

The trainer is very connecting so the trainees can open up and participate. It starts from people's experience / common sense, then leads to the methodology. This is very heuristic and I like it.

The training focused on different areas of management, coaching and feedback - but the trainer made it specific to the development of each participant. Role-plays were not hypothetical but based on participants experiences and development, which I really liked. Training was also very interactive and everyone was encouraged to share and learn from each other, it was not just that slides were read.
