At no point during ordering process did it indicate that additional shipping charges would apply beyond the delivery fee calculated and paid at checkout. Following delivery we received an invoice for £100 import taxes. This charge had not been disclosed anywhere during the ordering process. Contacting the company via their “Contact Us” website form resulted in a generic response that did not address my specific concerns. I sent a follow-up email asking how to return the wallpaper which has be ignored. The lack of transparency regarding additional costs and the absence of meaningful support left us with no real option but to pay the customs charge.: Strengths

The delivery was quick but that's the only positive. Our emails are ignored, we've requested a refund and received no response since returning the paper unopened . The wallpaper was shades different. We've lost out on £124. Please avoid. It says co.uk but it's based in the Netherlands.

Fantastic! Ordered with no problems and arrived on the other side of the world in New Zealand in 9 working days. Saved 35% on retail price here (includes cost of shipping and duty). Only advice I’d give is to avoid domestic duty if you can. It would’ve been cheaper for us to do 2 smaller orders to avoid duty and pay for shipping twice, rather than pay duty here in NZ

Extremely bad experience, had to pay 45 pounds to clear shipment from customs. Website has UK domain so I expected there won’t be any customs charges. I took 2 weeks to receive the item.

The website states.co.uk - but it is not a UK company. The website makes no mention that orders will be held in UK customs until further taxes are paid. So basically you are not clear how much the wallpaper will cost you at the point of ordering. I sent an email, but it was ignored. Managed to get through to call centre. The employee made out that it was my error for not understanding worldwide tax and customs systems, and reiterated to me that we were not part of the EU!: Product of service:

Not great. Delivery time advertised as 2-5 days and it took 17 (with no communication about this). Shipping stated as £0 and I was then asked to pay £60 for import duty and collection fees before the delivery could be made. I realise this is because the UK is now (sadly) no longer a member of the EU but the potential for these charges should have been made clear at the time of order. I made a complaint about these things and was told that the costs were because UK is outside of the EU and the price I paid was tax free (not at all clear when I ordered). Re the delay in delivery they just said the shippers were busy. I accept these are not the fault of the company but if there’s a huge delay to delivery time and a huge import fee to be paid there should be a warning on the website. I would not have ordered from this company had I known.

Website has a .co.uk address, and says 2-4 days delivery - however, my items were held at customs, who wrote to me, charged me £63 and delivered after 10 days. The website should be explicitly clear about this as I would have ordered elsewhere. I wrote at one point before I got the letter from customs asking where my parcel was but got ignored. Not a great experience - I certainly wouldn't recommend to other UK users. Not to mention the BN wallpaper was 'ok' so just added to the disappointment.: Strengths
