After a bit if research the shoe car shop was highly recommended. Can't say I disagree. Everything has been brilliant, from the speed of delivery, the quality of the goods and especially the information that came with the package and in follow up emails. Really happy and would purchase from the company again.

Product arrived in very damaged box. One bottle had dented lid and was leaking, two of the polishes had very altered consistency (likely from heat during transport). Probably could have put more padding material in the box given how rough shipping can be. I emailed the company and received a response the next day. They have been very cooperative on finding a resolution.

I am disappointed with the customer service of The ShoeCare-Shop. I contacted them three times regarding a horsehair brush from my order that shed an unusually large amount of hair after the very first use. Despite providing clear details and asking for a simple check or solution, I never received any response. The products may be fine, but a company that does not reply to legitimate customer concerns leaves a very poor impression. Reliable after‑sales support is essential, and unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.

Package turned up damaged. It wasn't clear on ordering that a signature would be required or that it was delivered from NL when the website was .co.uk.
