I am disappointed with the customer service of The ShoeCare-Shop. I contacted them three times regarding a horsehair brush from my order that shed an unusually large amount of hair after the very first use. Despite providing clear details and asking for a simple check or solution, I never received any response. The products may be fine, but a company that does not reply to legitimate customer concerns leaves a very poor impression. Reliable after‑sales support is essential, and unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.

Package turned up damaged. It wasn't clear on ordering that a signature would be required or that it was delivered from NL when the website was .co.uk.

We checked the tracking details we sent you and can see that your order is currently being held at U.S. Customs for the last 7 days. Unfortunately, we have seen that customs checks and import tariff checks for shipments to the United States can sometimes cause significant delays. These processing times can vary a lot from week to week, and sadly this is not something we have direct influence over once the parcel has reached customs.
