Excellent as usual ! Ms Kuchai was prompt caring and efficient

The whole experience I had of my visit to The Medical Chambers was of the highest quality. Indeed the service in advance of my visit was highly efficient and the same can be said of the service I received at The Chambers. I have known Dr Weatherall for a number of years and in my opinion as a Neurologist specialising in migraine and chronic headache I think he is without parallel.

Dr Victoire Kotur de Castelbajac is great. She is knowledgeable, takes time to listen and gives helpful advices. I felt better after seeing her.

I had a number of alarming skin problems and skin infections suddenly spring up, which caused me a lot of distress and significantly disrupted my daily life, and I struggled to get a comprehensive answer and diagnoses for what was happening. The receptionist team were very warm and friendly from the moment I rang them, and then came in to the clinic in person. Dr. Thomson listened closely to my rather rapid recount of events and was able to assess my skin and give an explanation for what happened. He identified the various issues I was experiencing and how to treat them. I was also advised about future mitigation for the chronic skin problems. It was a huge relief to know exactly what was going on, and identifying the various problems was also helpful so that I knew how to treat them, since some issues had symptomatic overlap.

The appointment with Dr. Weatherall was more informative than any other headache specialist visit we’ve had. He conducted a thorough assessment of my daughter and clearly explained his recommended next steps. He gave us confidence in her current treatment and also suggested additional options, such as a specific neuromodulation device. Although I’ve done extensive reading and much of the information wasn’t entirely new to us, it was extremely helpful to hear his professional evaluation of specific treatments based on his experience and expertise. I am very glad we saw Dr. Weatherall and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Experience was positive despite a longer than ideal wait time at reception (only one person for multiple clients, and the couple before me just had a lot of questions), and the Dr being late. Having this said, Dr was really friendly and efficient
