Very Good, Initially I had an issue with the license reporting that it was already used, I experienced a fast resolution thru email, Nico was very responsive to the issue and it was resolved quickly!

hesitant at first but the choice was ordering by post, waiting for the key and ultimately paying more, so I took the plunge and everything was fine. key arrived near instantaneously and Synology was happy with the code. can't fault this company!
