Better advice on the driving conditions in some areas that could be tricky, like the Khwai river area. Maybe suggesting customers to try and find other people to drive through those areas with in order to make sure they're not getting stuck anywhere alone, which could quite easily happen in the Khwai river area.
We'd suggest also to complement the provided equipment with a kindle filled with content explaining the specifics - and notably the geological ones of Namibia, but also maybe historical, social and political - of the areas to be driven through.

The 4x4 Toyota Hillux was planned to have a double tank for long distance and helpful equipment - unfortunately the hire company couldn't provide us with such a car. Was it not booked ? Was it not booked ? The website of Selfdrive 4x4 says, that the company only uses such cars. Since we got extra cannisters and did not get into troubles it worked well, otherwise I do not know what had happend if we got stucked into deep sand.

Maybe have a specific route onto the map. When leaving Ughab Rhino Camp the gps sent us in the wrong direction up the dry river bed which was deep sand for 10km's and an horrendous exit.

If we had got stuck in the sand the Hanes of another traveller passing was slim.
Suggest and offer a Satellite phone. In areas where you really needed it in case of abreakdown etc there was no phone coverage.
