Great service end to end and loved working with everyone from SCL. Covered all my needs with importing my car from the US. Would recommend to anyone doing the same. They offered a few helpful... They offered a few helpful additional services but were not pushy about them when I declined some of them. Very respectful and supportive throughout the entire process and really take care of everything.

Very professional, helpful and friendly. My car was picked up in Amsterdam and taken to Rotterdam where it was placed in a container with 2 other cars. Once it arrived in Charlo son US the car was... Once it arrived in Charlo son US the car was released without any damage. A great job SCL.

Inform the (potential) customer about the requirements what the Dutch system requires before a car can be released for export. (License plates has to be removed and returned to the system together... In this specific scenario, as also communicated with you by our Senior Logistics Coordinator Mr. Roy, we must conclude that after reviewing all the photos of your car, we noticed your car was already damaged prior to the shipment and consequently our company cannot be kept responsible for the repair.
Should you wish to discuss the matter again please do not hesitate to contact us, either by phone or email. Or, if you wish we would be glad to make an appointment with you in person to have a cup of coffee and explain the process to you.
