Good, but some drawbacks: 1. Packaging is pretty bad. Opening the bag is a mess every time because there is powder over the opening line. Have to do it over the sink and I lose some powder, very annoying. 2. Queal doesn't stay mixed very well in cold milk. I keep in a thermace, and after 2-3h there will be a thick slurry stuck to the bottom, that I can't even remix by shaking because it's stuck. 3. I need to do math to get the calories of my drink, because the packaging doesn't tell me the calories of 1 scoop, only of 5. I have it memorized/written down but it would be a lot better to just have calories per scoop on the bag, maybe also calories for 1-7 scoops. 4. Health uncertainty: I still can't tell if this stuff is healthy or not. While you have extensive documentation etc. about the ingredients, there are no reliable third party tests that prove your claims of health. There a re reviewers on YouTube, but nothing reliable. It's hard to trust the health when the state provided guidelines (nutrition information) shows 21g of sugar per meal which is way to much. Sure, you do some weird isomaltose tricks but I can't find anything on that substance anywhere, not easily anyway. Further, queal must be a highly processed food linked to all of the negatives of those. I understand it's difficult to provide good data on the health of any weird food item, but this is one of the biggest drawbacks to queal. 5. The last bit of the bags is difficult to empty. I think it would be better to get "refill" bags in the mail and have a more sturdy main container per flavor. This would also help 1., because you wouldn't need to have the Velcro mechanism on the refill bags, just a screw lid on the main container. 6. Idk why this is, but when using the measuring cups sometimes queal particles will shoot in all directions. Idk what is happening, but it is annoying.
