I'm very happy with my experience shopping at P.W. Akkerman, beautiful products, well packaged. Also they tested the nib on my fountain pen and discovered something was wrong with it so they presented me with my options, they answered very quickly to my e-mails, I decided which one I wanted instead, and everything was fine.
