They are responsive and friendly. It took a while for my order to be shipped, which I pointed out to them. The package was shipped quickly after that and when I received it, there were gifts inside, which made me very happy. They didn't have to do that because I ordered during the sale and I understand that during times of large orders everything takes a little longer. Anyway, I am a very grateful and happy customer
