Buying from this company is a matter of patience... You need to relax because NL seems to be at the opposite point of France on earth globe with them !!! It takes weeks and weeks to just quiy the shop/warehouse in NL and begin to move to you... 2 or 3 weeks from purchase to delivery is the common timeline...

I thing the oder was easy, but I am still not sure if the French address didn' t work out or my German mobile number... The only thing I can tell is, that no-one called me tgat day AMD no-one rang at my door. As I was not able to stay home the next day, I rerouted it to the concierge... I was not called, the Concierge did not have a package for me.. no way to call the company that should have delivered, no pen... I do not see the problem at Akkerman, just the last mile does not work at all..
