When I went to order wallpaper from this company, they assured me it would reach me in 2 weeks. I clarified that I was in the United States and that we had to have it by the end of the month. They still said I'd have it in time. I placed the order July 8th and it was not here in 2 weeks--not even a tracking number. I was finally given a tracking number on July 24th. Needless to say, we ended up receiving it on August 8th and it was short one double roll (that I was charged for). UPDATE: Jordy refunded the price of the missing roll. I now know to take into account the Customs process when ordering from abroad. We had no issues with the wallpaper itself and the customer is happy with the final results. Thank you for your help, Jordy.

Ordered July 9 I Contacted support July 16 and they said it had not arrived from supplier I Contacted support July 22 and still not received from supplier I Contacted support July 27 to cancel order…it was miraculously shipped that very day so couldn’t cancel August 5 update that it reached customs. That’s the last update I have and have still not received the paper. We have moved ahead and finished our project with paper bought locally. Update: Wallpaper has arrived but now I can’t use it. Every contact I made with the company was followed up upon, but only with ME reaching out to support.
