It was a pleasure visiting the Centre and discussing my skin problems with the renowned Doctor. She prescribed certain medicines for me which, I am pleased to report, worked beautifully. Within 3 days all the problems vanished. I am also grateful to her for her strong letter to my GP, which may nudge the Surgery to be more willing to help me in such cases.

Ms Adib was professional, knowledgable , patient and very generous with her time. She took a full history, and provided a detailed explanation of the medical condition and the available treatment options. She had samples of various hormonal application methods at hand making it easier to see and understand their application, she carefully explained pros and cons of each, and enabled me as a client to take evidence informed decisions and choices. The clinic is clean and well equipped with comfortable waiting rooms and an in house pharmacy.

Most recently I saw a nurse who took pictures of my hair. She was kind, answered all my questions, provided reassurance as I was worried by my hair shed and overall was extremely amenable. She made me feel very comfortable.

I was treated with the perfect mix of kindness and professionalism throughout. Even when I rang to book my first appointment, there was deep kindness. This carried into my appointment as well. Deeply grateful.
