Our experience was phenomenal. The coop came quickly, and when a couple of the pieces were damaged during transport they very quickly had me identify them and sent replacements. The price was reasonable and the product was very well built. The shipping was so fast and customer service emails were always very timely and informative. Will definitely refer to friends and shop more items
