The rabbit cage is great. Very easy to put it together, everything fits perfect. We ordered the transparent isolation plates for the sides and the floor platform. This platform we can highly recommend because the cage fits perfect on it. The platform stands a bit higher and has nice coating on top. All this makes it very comfortable for our rabbits.

Our experience was phenomenal. The coop came quickly, and when a couple of the pieces were damaged during transport they very quickly had me identify them and sent replacements. I'm really impressed and we will likely be getting all our animal things from Joypet from now on

I purchased a dog kennel for my 14 month old St. Bernard. This is the only site in all of Europe that I could find with the kennel size we needed. The price was reasonable and the product was very well built. The shipping was so fast and customer service emails were always very timely and informative. Will definitely refer to friends and shop more items

Very good and excellent choice. There is one improvement. When you are given choices for payment, the choices should be more upfront, so that it’s possible to choose the payment method. The default should be PayPal or card, instead of transfer.

- I think the assembly instructions could be improved. With regard to the doghouse we ordered, if you follow the current instructions I think you'll get into serious trouble when you place the bottom into the dog house after you've already assembled the four walls. The assembly of the walls is not very precise and leaves room for placement that may differ for up to at least one centimeter. So the chances of the bottom then fitting neatly between the four walls seem close to zero to me. I think the walls should be assembled around the bottom so that you don't get space between the bottom and the walls, or, worse, that the bottom doesn't fit in between the walls! We assembled the walls around the bottom and that worked fine.
