- The tires were delivered covered in dust and with many webs and dead spiders. I understand if it’s old/back stock but the least you could do is clean it before you send it to a customer. As well, the original item tag was missing from one of the tires.

I have ordered two times

- They inevitably disappoint regarding delivery times because they overpromise - don’t say “delivery tomorrow if ordered before 5” if you’re not 100% sure you can do it. Two times now I have ordered and it has taken 3-4 days for processing plus delivery. I would normally have been okay with this time, but when you have been promised something else it makes for a disappointing experience. It is also frustrating that there is no “add to cart” already when browsing through the list of products, but you have to enter a product’s specific page to add to cart. This makes for a lot of jumping back and forth and gives a generally worse experience.
