terrible. i only received ONE of the items i ordered. i did not get information about when my order would arrive, nor did i get the code for the package.

I have ordered two times

They have a good offering also of niche/special parts, prices are OK.: Improvements or suggestions
They inevitably disappoint regarding delivery times because they overpromise - don’t say “delivery tomorrow if ordered before 5” if you’re not 100% sure you can do it. Two times now I have ordered and it has taken 3-4 days for processing plus delivery. I would normally have been okay with this time, but when you have been promised something else it makes for a disappointing experience. It is also frustrating that there is no “add to cart” already when browsing through the list of products, but you have to enter a product’s specific page to add to cart. This makes for a lot of jumping back and forth and gives a generally worse experience.: Product of service:

I have an old bike that I inherited from my grandma, it was built sometime in the 1950s-1960s. The pin in the front wheel (that you tighten to keep the wheel to the frame) has been acting up so I tried to find a new piece. I looked EVERYWHERE to find one identical to the original. Hollandbikeshop was the ONLY shop where I found an identical part, excluding the outer nut which is just a generic nut, which is fine. I got a couple of ball bearings and some grease too. Safe to say I am very happy with my purchase and recommend these good folks to anyone looking for parts to bikes older than most people.

I am very angry, because the goods arrived incomplete. Very important components for attaching the child bicycle seat to the bike are missing. Specifically: 8 screws and 2 plates for the Thule Quick Release bracket. Without these components, I cannot attach the seat to the bike and I cannot use it. It is a big complication and problem for me and I am angry and disappointed because I need the seat. The delivery of the goods was fast and without complications.
