Very easy to see what order would cost. Easy to place order and also easy to get hold of someone to speak to on the telephone - remember if UK based the office will be shut at 4pm GMT not 5pm!

The way this was handled took the stress out of the initial mistake, and as a result I would not hesitate in using the company again.

Account updates were not always accurate - for example status of an order was set to complete when it was still in transit. The following is an extract from an email I sent while placing an order: have just submitted an order for 26 calendars on behalf of myself and a friend under the above reference and when completing the order form I selected silk 200gm paper but when I received the confirmation of the order it states the paper as matt coated 200gm. Incidentally when I logged on initially the option for silk paper was not available but logging on again silk was available.)
I never received a reply to this email.

First time Ive used Copyshop. Needed to order three different copy jobs. Website wasnt clear on how to place multiple jobs in one order so had to do them separately one after the other. This... This meant that the whole order didnt arrive together (and therefore part came too late), and I had to ring to sort a change in postage as I was charged for each one.

Strengths

The printing received was fabulous. Just what I wanted and high quality.
Staff were helpful when I had to call and sort out the invoices/postage

What does advised delivery mean? I can order and advise same day delivery from Germany to London - that isn't achievable.

The deliveries arrive in great time, just I have no idea what the time scale is.

Easy to use website now that I am familiar with the options.
Very prompt delivery and excellent quality prints, well packaged.

I have not tried the "new" wetransfer version of the website yet but this may make the upload / product selection even easier. Will try that next time.
