Strengths

Clear, navigable website, no confusion about pricing or formats, good range of services for both private and business clients.

Improvements or suggestions

Perhaps advice on time to delivery, as printing is outsourced to Europe, Customs are involved. This is no problem but the buyer needs to be aware and build in extra time to compensate.

There was a small mistake with the order - the booklets were not squarefold, as ordered. I was ok with this, but the production process perhaps needs to be checked more carefully.

Once you have used a few times, the website is easy to navigate and they have made recent improvements. WeTransfer integration now allows easy upload of larger size and quantity of files.

The only slight issue is that its a .co.uk company but the printing is completed on mainland Europe - hence the slight delay this time in delivery. A little more transparency on where the printing...
