I have had my blinds for many years. John advised different fabrics and colours. He had a big choice, but he helped me.: Anything else to add about our service?
I recently had a broken guide rail. As soon as I called John he sent his colleagues to come to measure. He explained there would be a delay as it was August in Spain ( manufacturing stops) he explained it should be within the first 10 days. His employees came 9th September They were very efficient and polite.

What impressed me most was the personal approach and attention to detail. I never felt like just another customer – John was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for my apartment.
