First shirt was very good quality and I was very pleased but asked how to shorten the sleeve for next time as this was just a tad too long but ok. Much to my surprise a new shirt was delivered today... Much to my surprise a new shirt was delivered today totally free with the shorter sleeve. Thats what I call customer service. Already ordered another shirt and I will be back and back.

It would be difficult to suggest any improvements. Only one would be to include some quality bones for the collar as those supplied are too thin.
