overall design idea very poor, that based on height, weight and age you can get a shirt to fit. If that were the case you could buy off the shelf rather than buy bespoke.

My shirt is terrible. Does not remotely fit. So much excess material around the chest area that it would better fit my wife than me. Completely unwearable and has sat in box untouched since...
I liked the choice of fabrics, collars and cuffs, and the quick service. I like the assurance to get the first shirt a perfect fit and I am awaiting a response to my claim as the sleeves are too long.
A tape measure could be useful after all, and not too difficult an option! My shirt sleeves are always too long, but you did not leave me a box in which to give you that advice when I ordered.

Don't lie on the Website when it comes to delivery time. You state on the web that delivery takes 14 days and in email confirmation you state 28 days. Both of which are lies as it has been over 28...
You can design your own clothes, shirts and blouses, and so you wear something that nobody else has.
I would like to have more choices in colours and prints.
The product is great and the ability to chat on the website with an advisor is a good tool.
