I bought a Basil bag and the handlebar support, and a basket that attaches to the luggage rack, for the quality of the products, and for the practicality. I contacted the company because I lost one of the four screws and washer that secures the basket to its support. The company responded to me within a few hours to let me know that they were sending me the screw and washer free of charge. I would like to thank the customer service of this company, which lives up to the quality of its products.
