But we were so stupid to leave it on the bike on the bike carrier while driving to the cycle route. The pillow was gone when we arrived. Fortunately I had a thick blanket in the car otherwise our dog would have been very annoying. Sent an email and to our surprise a new one was sent free of charge, warranty was said. See, that's what I call really top service. Thank you so much and Bibi is even happier.
